[PATCH] ldap fixes and drop idle connections

Hi Andrew,

here's my ldap patch...

it moves all smbldap_* protoypes to smbldap.h

so we didn't need to care about make proto for that.

we register an idle event to drop idle connections.

and fix some mem leaks...

I'm running this with a CVS tree from a view days ago,
so it's not tested with the current tree, because of jerry's changes
