[PATCH] krb5,ldap ads detection v06

Here's a new patch

that now clears CFLAGS and LDFLAGS before calling krb5-config

for me it compiles fine on SuSE 7.3 with MIT 1.2.7

and SuSE 8.2 with heimdal 0.4e
