I looked at the log of this file and found:

date: 2001/08/24 19:21:40;  author: tpot;  state: Exp;  lines: +1 -1
Only register the #1b name if we are ROLE_DOMAIN_PDC rather than
lp_domain_master()
..
Guess I dont know some things, or somebody made a mistake..
