Samba on 2 domains?

Hi,

I don't think so.
I would try to run 2 sambas. Just put config stuff in different
directories, add IP alias and bind sambas to different IPs.
The only thing that can cause troubles is user mapping.
Eg. if you have the same user name in both domains, it will be mapped to
the same unix user id.
If you are not going to serve the same files for both domains it should
be no issue unless users have local/unix access to server. 

Oh, and file locking. If the file is to be opened by users from two
domains I don't know what will happen.
I suppose:
locking will work
share modes - will be problem
oplocks - will be problem if system doesn't support kernel oplocks
