samba doxygen autogeneration

I've set up a cron script to autogenerate Doxygen from HEAD, 2_2 and
APPLIANCE_HEAD on samba.org:

  http://samba.org/doxygen/

This rebuilds every day from the anoncvs checkout.

Thanks to Andrew for reminding me to do this.
