3.0.1rc2 profile/unicode failures

Hi,
It looks like you have files on disk which are not UTF-8 encoded.
They were probably created with samba 2.2.x.
The only way to get it working will be to
a) set the same encoding (if possible) in samba 3.0
b) convert all filenames to UTF-8
