[PATCH] add smb_register_*_event()

Hi Jelmer,

here's a patch for the smb_register_idle_event() and
smb_register_exit_event() functions.

this functions are not called anywhere in the code for now...

We have to discuss where the smb_run_*_events() functions should be called.
and how often smb_run_idle_events() will be run.

They are suppost to give modules a chance to run function periodicly
or on server exit.
