Question re: Old-style DFS

This question has to do with DFS under NBT.

I noticed as I was working on documenting the behavior of the Browse 
Service that there is a bit in the Host Announce packet called 
SV_TYPE_DFS_SERVER.  Question is: does this bit indicate that the server 
is the root of a DFS tree?
