Feature Freeze on Samba 3.0

Folks,

We (the Samba Team_ have agreed to set a feature freeze 
date on the SAMBA_3_0 cvs tree on May 5.  Following this 
will be two weeks of testing and then a tentative beta release 
is planned for May 19.

The 3.0 roadmap has been update to reflect this.
