Winbind mapping without domain qualification

Well, I'm just repeating the line that I agreed with jra after the
*last* sambaXP, when this option creped in :-).  I also remember looking
at the patch, and finding some bizarre parts where we had smbd putting
domain\user into the username field, not into the separate places.
