NT Create & X responses and the CreateAction field

Richard:

You may have noticed that NetBench gets errors running against a Windows
box, too, if you use more than one engine per client.

FWIW, we tried to pursue this problem with the NetBench folk, and their
response was basically: more than one engine per client is not
supported.
