Printer Change Notification in Samba 2.2.1a

You need to update to the latest Samba 2.2.8 to get this to work correctly.

Warning: this will create a load on you system if you have lots of jobs in
in your queues and many port monitor windows open... it works a lot better
now, after all the improvements made by Jeremy and Jerry.
