[PATCH] string overflow in safe_string_cpy()

Hi Andrew,

here's a patch witch fixes the string overflow problem in local_lookup_name()

for me.

maybe its wrong to set dest[0] = 0, but then we have to check

the rpcstr_pull() calls everywhere! :-)
