samba 2.2.8, smbcontrol uses incorrect notify message format

source/utils/smbcontrol.c near line 286 attempts to construct a
PRINTER_MESSAGE_INFO structure.

That code does not match the mechanism used by source/printing/printing.c
near line 340 to do the same thing, and in particular it does not match the
code at source/rpc_server/srv_spoolss_nt.c near line 744 which decodes that
structure.
