lpd fail port '515'

now i m using rh8.0, I cannot print window network printer.Why?Althrough i 
can see the printer icon from windowXP.

when i start the lpd. The message prompt out like below

lpd failed. The error was: Stopping lpd: [FAILED]

Starting lpd: Fatal error - Cannot bind to lpd port '515'
[FAILED]

How to solve this problem.
