subnetworking with samba

I've a serious question about samba.

Samba is running on a server with 3 NIC's one for internet access, and the other two to server towards diferents subnets.
That subnets are 192.168.2.0/24 y 192.168.3.0/24
Each subnet is attached to a hub and connect windows machines.
All the machines of each subnet view it's own neighborhoods (of course) and also see the machines of the other subnet, but it can't access to any resourses on the other subnet. (not a passwords/users problem)

Somebody help me??
Must i do a bridge between interfaces?
how?
