User logins in Syslog

I cannot seem to get samba to log who is logging in to any kind of log
file, I would really like to have it log them to syslog.  But I cannot
figure out how.  I have Samba v2.2.5 on RHL 7.3,  On my other machine I
used the Redhat RPM version of samba and it logs the user logins to
syslog.

Any help?
