serving the same domain from multiple servers

	hi,

	We want to serve home directories to our win2k clients within the 
	same domain using two samba file servers for load balancing purposes.
	that is, authentication is made by server one, half of the home 
	directories are served by server one, the other half by server two.
	we don't want servers to nfs mount each others file systems. 

	is it possible, if yes how?
	we have slackware 8.1 with 2.4.19 kernel and samba 2.2.5
