Problems with WinXP joining a Samba-head domain (and suggested solutions)

Hi,

Yesterday while I was trying to get WinXP to join a Samba-head domain, I 
experienced two problems:

1. Firstly, WinXP could not even find the DC. This was strange because 
Win2K had had no problems at all. I tracked this down to actually needing 
'domain master = yes'.

2. Then, once this was fixed, WinXP still would not join. I needed to 
switch off SignOrSeal as specified in the .reg file.
