Any word on what SNIA did to their CIFS TR?

The CIFS Technical Reference is still no where to be
found on the SNIA site.

So the only CIFS spec publicly available is
Microsoft's Royalty-Free CIFS Technical Reference. One
has to wonder if the SNIA document's disappearance has
some reason...
