It is true that not every soul finds relief from the samba mailing list.
But then again we do document, on the samba web site as well as in the
samba documentation, the names of individuals and commercial companies
that can be contacted for samba support. These will gladly help a really
stuck user - for a fee. I guess that is no shame, is it? After all I guess
you too like to get paid for the work you do.

If nothing else, some people may be better informed today about the
tremendous effort that goes on behind the scenes, and they will certainly
see that we care.

If you think that the answer rate is so low as to be ridiculous, than I
assure you is not the case. But do remember that answering requests is
VERY time consuming, and is voluntary.
