TO All PASSDB MODULE MAINTAINERS

Hi all,

my last patch to the passdb subsystem makes changes to the PASSDB INTERFACE.

all passdb modules have to be updated, to run with the current HEAD code!
(witch will be merged to 3_0 after some testing)
