build.samba.org 'Recent Checkins' updated!

I've been doing some work to get the 'Recent Checkins' pages working
again, and been trying to make it more useful.

For those who are not failure with build.samba.org, this is the central
point on our 'build farm', a collection of machines that rebuild and
retest Samba after each check-in. The build farm also provides
developers (and interested users) with an up-to-date list of changes to
all 3 trees - 2.2, 3.0 and HEAD.

My main change, started about a week ago, was to all a 'download patch'
link. This should allow easier manipulation of entire changesets.
(Previously the only available download was marked up in HTML).

In the process, I manage to break it for most of last week :-(. I have
fixed that now and extended the system. It now also copes with new and
deleted files, including them in the diff output.
