It looks as though you are working with HEAD (or possibly the pre-3.0
tree).  The 'wins partners' is a first cut at supporting WINS
replication.  It is not documented yet because it needs a small amount
of polish and testing (much of which JF was able to do earlier this week
at the CIFS conference).

Nice work on JF's part, by the way.
