Hi all,

I am using samba 2.2.3a as print server. I am printing from various
clients (98/ME/2000/XP Pro) which is working fairly well. When printing
from one specific client (XP Pro) which is firewalled by a separate
linux system, I receive VERY long delays when printing, and also I get
this error on the server:

Mar 25 19:11:17 radium smbd[3155]: [2002/03/25 19:11:17, 0, pid=3155,
effective(1000, 1041), real(0, 0)]
rpc_client/cli_spoolss_notify.c:spoolss_connect_to_client(67)
Mar 25 19:11:17 radium smbd[3155]: connect_to_client: unable to
connect to SMB server on machine SNOOPY. Error was : SUCCESS - 0.

However, after the long delay (which I assume is caused by the strict
firewall rules), the print jobs DO get processed. So, effectively it
works, but it still gives this message, which seems to me very strange
as it doesn't tell the user anything.

Can anyone shed a light on this?
