TDB corruption with Samba 2.2.3a

Hi, all
We are experiencing similar problems as described by Olaf Fraczyk in
his mail on this mailing list on March 3rd.
Every night our SAMBA server is rejected from the domain server for
password validation. At the same time the log files contain messages
about a corrupted connections.tdb database. smbstatus fails.
To work around the problem, SAMBA has to be restarted and reentered
into the domain.
The server setup is:
Samba 2.2.3a
Linux 2.4.17 with XFS patches (no ACL support used for SAMBA)
Samba and the kernel has been compiled with egcs-2.91.66.1 (egcs-1.1.2 release)
We have disabled oplocks in the smb.conf file, because we are experiencing
problems with Win2K clients complaining about corrupt files, when turning
it on. I don't know if this is connected to the tdb corruption problem.
Any help appreciated.
