Problem while connecting to 2000 server

Hello Sir,

I have configuring the samba-2.2.2 and make all necessary changes according to documentation of samba with winbind. When i am trying to connect to the Windows 2000 server using following command :

/usr/local/samba/bin/smbpasswd -j Domain -r PDC -U Administrator 

Domain is my win2000 domain name and PDC is my Linux server ip or win2000 ip 

i will getting following error:
Error Connecting to *SMBSERVER
Unable to connect to DOMAIN

Please guide me about this. Its very urgent.
