I need autheticate samba to NDS !!!

You could plain-text auth via PAM to NDS (assuming mouldes exist for
this).  The 'holy grail' would be for NDS to store and sync the NT and
LM hashes for Samba to refer to, or to provide some mechinism by which
they can be checked.
