[patch] sec_desc, ldap for cvs HEAD

hi all!

I've done one more test of sec_desc stuff for compatibility
of new features in it with existing RPC procedures.
I've found a bug at sec_desc stuff and fixed one. 
Now it seems to work w/o problem (smbclient and rpcclient as well).

ldap.patch is a little patch allows to avoid 'segmentation fault' after
'net ads join' if line 'ads server' at smb.conf is absent or commented.
ldap.patch is for libads/ldap.c and, I guess, can be applied w/o any
technical reviewing ;)

The patches are within.
