Patch to do LSA 0x2e rpc

Here's the first stab at the patch to do the LSA 0x2e.  I know it's not all
done, for example, getting the dns domain name properly, and getting the
forest name.  Or getting the domain GUID...

It's based on HEAD code from a few minutes ago.
