Connection problems when upgrading from 2.2.1a -> 3.0-alpha18

Hi,

I magicly manged to compile a new fresh cvs version.
Now smbfs(amigaOS) can't connect to it.

Are there any modification to basic auth stuff ?

It worked fine with 2.2.1a-4

Maybe I should try an older stable version ?

Samba seems to rock anyway on my p166 box.. ~4MB/s!

Any input on this btw ?
