Linux Extended Attribute patch and stat() ACL fix.

Hello list,

I made a patch for Samba 2.2.5 thats lets it save the DOS file attributes
in a Linux extended attribute instead of trying to map them to the
traditional UNIX file permissions.  I also made a patch that fixes an
apparent bug with the ACL support I posted about to the samba mailing list
a few days ago.
