VS: Can see Samba in printsharing list without printers shared.

This is fixed in HEAD - I thought I also merged it in to 2.2.5 but that
doesn't seem to be the case.  )-:

So in the 2.2 branch Samba always advertises itself as a print server.
In HEAD this only happens if you export a printer share.
