Smb.conf for swedish national characters

Hi everyone

I'm still trying to get my samba 3 to realise that swden has special 
characters without success.

Does anyone have a working smb.conf there the swedish caracters works wich 
you would be willing to share ?

I would really appreciate this since i need a newer samba than 2.07 for 
ACL-testing
