wins replication

I've tried this:

1) wrepld_proto.h in source/wrepld/wins_repl.h does not exist and
  cannot be compiled: to omit this line, compilation is successfully
  finished.

2) unfortunately the replication does not work well.
  I tested this with Windows NT Server 4.0 SP6a and Windows 2000
  Server SP2 to run "wrepld -D -d 10"

  "push" trigger makes wrepld crashed and "pull" trigger makes wrepld
  put into exhausted loop.

There are not usefull messges in log.wrepld like:

These messeges are written when sending "push" trigger from Windows.
And when "pull" trigger sends, no messeges are written.
