[patch] sec_desc.patch for CVS HEAD

Hi all!

This patch is against ntSecurityDescriptor stuff.
I hope abartlet and tridge won't grill me again for it ;).
I've added several functions to process SD and replace
some functions at ADS stuff. Take a look at this please.
Regard to ADS ACL displaying: I still have no idea about its appearance.
One can look like this: 
obj::crwx:tree::crwx:prop::crwx:child::crwx:passwd::crwx etc
for each objectSid is present at ACE.
