Here's the scoop. Some drivers cause a GPF in explorer.exe when the
printer has a NULL devmode. Some drivers cause the spoolsv.exe to die
when a default devmode is generated by smbd. Now you get the best of both
worlds with the "default devmode" service parameter. Defaults to not
generating a devmode and leaving it as NULL until the client sets one.
The real solution is still to have the client generate the corrcet one
from the driver information and store it on the server.
