Advantages of native ADS membership??

Hi!

Probably a *very* stupid question... What's the big thing about being
a native ADS member? Samba 2.2 is able to join a W2K domain that is in
native mode only, passwords are successfully checked. What I did not
test yet is the access from W2k member workstations to that server, so
this question might be really stupid.

Assuming that I can access the Samba server from a W2k workstation,
why would I want to be a kerberized ADS member?
