[PATCH] security descriptor stuff for HEAD

the ability to set/use default/current domain/domain_sid, flags, mask might
slim things down a bit.

e.g.
DOM=NIGELW:FLAGS=0:MASK=READ:ACL=nigel,jon,ron:DOM=NIGELW2:MASK=FULL:ACL=flo
rence,amelia
