malloc without check in libads

Hello,

in the head cvs from Mon 14.02.2002 there are a few malloc calls without a 
NULL check.

in the libads directory in

ads_struct at line 46

krb5_setpw at lines  142 and 399

ldap.c at lines 145, 151 and 156

sasl.c at line 167

free is also used instead of SAFE_FREE.

P.S. Jeremy, you wrote you are religious about SAFE_FREE.
If I see  how many free() are around, I am sure you are not as fanatic 
as a taliban.
