freedce & samba tng compiling / development

Unfortunately, I just made my own copy of samr/lsarpcd/etc because it was
simpler than trying to track dcerpc.net. :-( 

I'll look at syncing back as soon as I can find Linux drivers for my
ThinkPad modem!
