missing manpages in HEAD

Yes, I recall that particular... 'feature' of smbtorture. :)
Currently, smbtorture is being built and included in the Debian
packages. If it's the wish of the Samba team that smbtorture binaries
not be shipped, I'll arrange to have it removed. Otherwise, Debian
policy requires all executables to have associated manpages, so I would
have to write one. :)
