	Please understand.

Samba is not a mechanism for running arbitrary dce/rpc code.
That's the job of the DCE codebase you've been working on,
which, when it wants to allocate a port should just do so and
then register with the DCE/RPC portmapper on port 135.

Note this is not a port Samba is listening on or cares
about. Please just use that, don't try and cram arbitrary
DCE server code into Samba.

Start your own project for that and don't keep complaining
on the Samba lists that Samba isn't suitable for what you
want.... Oh - wait a minute, isn't that what TNG is meant
to be ?

It's your project, go work on it. Don't complain here please.
