Compile Problems with HEAD cvs

OK!  That did it!  I wasn't compiling with either --with-ldapsam or --with-ssl
turned on.  When I flip those configure switches, I too get that error.

It looks like it's the sam_passwd structure of sampass that is confused.  And
that is strange because I see it in smb.h too.
