Initgroups errors.on OSX with WinXP

The following errors keep showing in my logs. The network here is very
large, but from several ppl I keep hearing they cannot login with Windows
XP. Now be aware that I only use guestshares. I can even see that the person
is connected.

I have also seen something like this with proftpd. It also reported a
problem with the account nobody and gid -1.

Could this be similar problems?
