PATCH not necessary .o linked into smbd

Hello Jim,

and now ? What about to change the makefile as proposed ? Remember, there is
also the problem, that in the sources there are functions around that are
never used ( lib/hmacmd5.c hmac_md5_init_rfc2104 ) and others more. What
should happen to them ?
