Winbind for host resolution

After a quicky net search, I found this link for nss_wins:
http://www.padz.net/~djpadz/nss_wins/nss_wins.tar.gz

The tar file has timestamps circa Jan 1999.  Is this the latest code?  Is
the idea to merge this functionality into libnss_winbind, or to keep it as
a separate module?
