Sedish characters samba 3.X

Is now working since i upgraded the box to debian 3.0

It has glibc 2.2.4 and therefor can use the internal iconv routines. However 
i had to manually set the have_navite_iconv option in include/config.h. 
Could be the config.cache file messing up. I will do another test tonight.

But it would seem like there is a possible problem with using debian 2.2 and 
libiconv-1.7. Unfortanaly since i upppgraded the box i can't test that 
combination any more.
