Generating lmPassword and ntPassword values with openssl?

That's a workaround...I want to be able to update the hashes in a 
NetInfo or LDAP database, so Samba won't *need* an smbpasswd file. Why 
store the hashes somewhere else if you still have to maintain the 
smbpasswd file?
