Logging "logon time" in the ldap directory

No need to change SAM_ACCOUNT jerry.
logontime/logofftime report the last time a user logged inand logged off.

The time restrictions are set in logon_divs/hours_len/hours[MAX_HOURS_LEN] triple as a bitmask on every hour of the week (8bit *3 *7 days normally).
